2 כפות סוכר
כף שמרים
כוס ורבע מים (כוס מידה)
רבע כוס שמן.
חצי כף מלח.
ציפוי:

רבע כפית מלח.
אופן ההכנה :
קלי קלות.להכניס את כל החומרים לקערה וללוש את כל החומרים לבצק.
לא לשכוח מלח תמיד בסוף אחרי שמתגבש לנו בצק.
התפחה של שעה בקיץ בחורף קצת יותר.
לקרוץ כדורים קטנים לעשות נקניק ולקשור את הנקניק.
להניח על תבנית.
להבריש בביצה.
להכניס לתנור חם 180 מעלות.
אפיה עד הזהבה.
כשזה יוצא.לקחת קערה גדולה לשפוך לשם חמאה ממומסת כפית שום רבע כפית מלח.לערבב טוב.ולשפוך את הלחמניות החמות.לערבב היטב היטב שכל לחמניה תקבל מהציפוי ההורס.
